Thank you for your interest in The Nick Fish apartments. Below is an overview of the application process. Please read this carefully before providing any information on the website. The Nick Fish has 75 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Some of the apartments have income requirements while other apartments do not. There are two different processes to apply for the apartments. The tables below list the income requirements and rents for your reference.
Several of the apartments include special features for people with mobility or hearing impairments. Disabled applicants are encouraged to apply. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability. The Nick Fish has the following type and quantity of ADA Accessible apartments: one of each: studio, one bedroom and two bedroom for the mobility impaired; one of each: studio and one bedroom for the hearing impaired.
If you are interested in an apartment that is not income restricted, please [click here] and you will be asked to enter some basic contact information. You will then be contacted by the Leasing Office staff for next steps.
The income restricted apartments are set aside for individuals and families earning up to between 30% to 80% of Area Median Income. See below for the income requirements to see if you are eligible. Please contact the Leasing Office if you have any questions about eligibility.
If you are eligible based on the incomes listed below, please [click here] to enter your personal information. This will place you on the interest list. Once you are on the interest list, the Leasing Office staff will review the submitted information and contact you to let you know if you are eligible to be placed on the waitlist. If you are placed on the waitlist, you will receive an application package from the Leasing Office to complete and return. Please click this [link] to view the TENANT SELECTION PLAN for the community. You can receive the application package by email, mail or you can come into the Leasing Office to fill it out.
